Each batch of major raw materials is sourced from TST partners for more than 5 years to ensure product reliability. Each batch of raw materials will undergo a component inspection prior to production to ensure that the finished product is qualified.

Before production, we will inspect the main material.TST has a strict raw material testing system, which will test all raw materials to ensure that each raw material is in line with the quality requirements.

The production workshop will make arrangements after the inspection of raw materials is in place. During the production process, our employees are required to operate in strict accordance with the production process, and strictly abide by the requirements of quality standards. Each process is tested strictly quality, and the secondary products are not allowed to flow into the next production process.

TST is committed to creating low-carbon, environment friendly and safe production. Before entering the workshop, all employees will wear masks and go through the disinfection process.

After each batch of products are finished in the workshop, the quality inspectors will conduct random inspections on each batch of POE switch, poe splitter, poe module, poe cable , POE injector, etc. Only products that are fully compliant with the standards after quality testing can enter the product packaging process for packaging and warehousing and then to be sent to customers.

QC department will inspect each batch of products before shipment. The inspection procedures include product packaging inspection, product appearance inspection, product function sampling testing or all testing. All these test results will be analyzed and approved by the engineer, and then sent to the customer.
