As the core carrier of urban public space, the security management of parks is not only a basic task for maintaining public order, but also a key link in protecting citizens' rights and improving urban governance capabilities. As open, high-traffic public places, parks have a complex population composition (tourists, children, the elderly, homeless people, etc.), naturally presenting safety hazards. Therefore, park security management has become an important project for ensuring personal and property safety, maintaining public order, improving park utilization efficiency, enhancing urban security, and promoting the modernization of grassroots governance.

Chencun Park combines sports and leisure with waterfront viewing functions. Built through water management measures such as clearing away illegal structures and flooding, the park has become a model public space for citizens' daily leisure and for improving the quality of the city.

The solution requires the installation of color cameras for 24-hour monitoring of the park's main attractions, water features and play areas, visitor areas, management and service center, nighttime street lighting, parking lot entrances and exits, ticket offices, and main gate ticket checkpoints.

To further meet the high standards of socio-economic development and people's civilized lives, and to create a safe, comfortable, welcoming, and efficient tourism and living environment, the solution must be tailored to the specific needs of various parks, ensuring reasonable configuration, room for expansion, advanced technology, and a high performance-price ratio, guaranteeing high-quality system performance and high reliability.
