After-sales Service Terms

Operation

2. Provide document, including data sheet, user manual to teach operator how to use it.

Maintenance

1. Software problem: Remote technical support for maintenance
2. Hardware problem: Shipping back to us for repair

3-year warranty

1. If the product is defective due to manufacturer workmanship within the warranty period, all the shipping fee to and from China, maintenance cost and cost of replacement parts(if needed) will be borne by TST.
2. If the product with defects or damage that result from improper operation, misuse or accident, the shipping fee to and from China and cost of replacement parts (if needed) will be borne by the buyer. TST will bear its maintenance costs.

Lifetime Maintenance Service

If the product have problems beyond the warranty period, the maintenance cost will be free. The shipping cost and cost of replacement parts (if needed) will be borne by buyer.
